| Laver 6 pieces (cut

| Vegetarian Crabstick

| 2 pieces Cucumber
(cut into 8 slices

| Sushi Vinegar 2.5

| Method

Wash brown rice
and pot barley, soak
with 4 cups of water
for 1 hour. Use rice
cooker to cook until
done and let covered
for 20 minutes |

Add sushi vinegar
to cooled brown rice |

Put (2) onto the
laver, then put the
vegetarian crabstick
and the cucumber on
the rice. Roll it
up and cut into small
pieces (One laver
can cut into 6 pieces) |
